We offer packages of 3, 6, 9, 12, and 24 sessions.
If personal training is not what you are looking for we offer a one time basic program for $50. A basic program is where we go over a plan to help get you started in the gym, or if you want to update your program from before.
We also offer a fitness assessment and program for $80. This allows us to see where your current fitness level is and make a program based off of the assessment and your goals.
