Sierra Tremble


Sierra grew up in a small town, during high school she found enjoyment in gym, weight training and loved science class.  The human body and how it works has always interested her.  She always had a goal of becoming a personal trainer and working within a gym or health club.  After high school she went to Georgian College in Barrie for Fitness & Health Promotion and graduated in 2015.  She gained her Personal Training Certification through CANFIT Pro in 2014.  

Sierra has a huge passion for health and fitness.  She grew up involved in tons of different sports and being active is a big part of her lifestyle and genuinely makes her happy.  She loves sharing her knowledge and is always up to date on the latest fitness trends. 

Jaimee Clarkson

Jaimee graduated from Humber College in 2013 with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.  Within this program she gained her certification as a Personal Trainer through CANFIT Pro.  She is currently enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Humber College but also works at Erin Fitness doing training in her spare time.

As a trainer, she's had the greatest pleasure watching her client's transformation throughout their fitness adventure. She actively seeks new opportunities to encourage others to be physically active and create new goals.  Her own personal goal is to provide clients with the knowledge to perform exercises safely and to optimize training potential to receive the best results.

Christine has been a part of the Erin Fitness team for a number of years.  After graduating from Brock University in 2004 and traveling she got settled in Erin assisting in Physiotherapy and eventually training numerous clients at Erin Fitness.

Christine has always had her heart in physical fitness and mind in overall good health and well-being.  Using her knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body she has set up many programs catering to each individual's specific needs. She loves watching her clients grow and become stronger, happier and more confident through-out their sessions.
